Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru – Episode 5 (ES): Daaku Samonaa to Erufu no Kako / Mini Anime Gekijou Sono 5

One night the party celebrates a completed quest at a tavern in the sword-and-sorcery world of Parastia. As the gathering winds down, the beautiful dark summoner Amona and the painfully upright priest Roni grow restless. They exchange a look and quietly leave the celebration to return to their room. After they are gone, the tavern master approaches Eury, the elf of the party. “Could you ask those two to keep their voices down a little?” The secret relationship between the dark summoner and the stiff priest has become loud enough to draw complaints, and Eury’s suffering begins. The episode title points toward the elf’s past, layering personal history under the awkward comedy of trying to manage the noisy couple. Script and storyboards are by Seiya Miyajima, with direction by Kota Hashiguchi. Chief animation directors are Takahiro Sasaki and Kazuaki Shimada. Mini Anime Theater Part 5 follows. Super-deformed versions continue the concept cafe skit and the dark summoner getting bowled over by kindergarteners. Secret-couple chaos and elf-focused comedy share the episode.
