Dark entities known as Chimimōryō erode the magical city of Tokyo while justice-serving kunoichi and Taimanin operate in the shadows. Ingrid, a powerful Makai Kishi (Hell Knight) and member of the dark faction Nomad, exposes the betrayal of her former comrade, the demonic doctor Kiryu Sabato. As she pursues the fleeing traitor, she is ambushed in a hidden dark church atop a skyscraper and taken prisoner.

Burning with revenge, Kiryu seeks to shatter Ingrid's proud soul to lure out her master, the vampire Edwin Black. He unleashes a horde of vengeful monsters against the helpless knight, subjecting her body to systematic violation and modification. Transformed into a lowly slave whore, Ingrid is forced to serve sleazy clients with a媚びた smile, performing degrading acts in a brothel. Her enhanced sensitivity turns every touch into overwhelming pleasure, eroding her will.

In the climax, she is offered to brutish orcs — demonic breeding apes — who toy with her as mere meat, filling her womb and ass with their seed. The once-mighty warrior ends as a pathetic "mesu buta" (female pig) slave, her pride in ruins and body thoroughly defiled. This refined OVA adds new scenes of total submission to the original series' climax, focusing purely on Ingrid's humiliating descent.
