Sagurare Otome THE ANIMATION – Episode 1 (EN)

The episode opens on the couple’s first shared apartment. Greetings to the parents are done. The ceremony is next. Yuzuki wants a quiet, affectionate routine. Akihiro wants to introduce a workplace senior he respects.

That senior is Masaya. He knows her as Mion from the salon. He does not treat the meeting as coincidence. He names the body he remembers and the silence he can break. Yuzuki tries to keep the visit ordinary. The apartment is small. Akihiro is nearby, tired, trusting.

What follows is not a sudden attack so much as a tightened screw: implied exposure, demanded “service,” and Yuzuki’s own body answering against her will. The animation keeps the original’s focus on proximity—same rooms, same night, a life that still looks normal from the hallway. She tells herself she does not want this. The episode does not give her an exit. By the last stretch the engagement’s sweetness is gone; she can no longer picture herself as the bride she promised to be. Runtime is about 17–20 minutes. One complete arc, no sequel episode in this OVA.
