Takashi Makino and his younger childhood friend Shizuku Sonjo have been spending peaceful days together since he entered high school. Both are aware of their feelings for each other, yet they remain stuck in an awkward “more than friends, less than lovers” relationship.

Determined to get Takashi’s attention, the shy and athletic-averse Shizuku joins the swim club despite her struggles. However, Takashi continues to keep his distance. One day, hurt by his careless words, Shizuku ends up crying alone in the park instead of going home.

There she meets the temporary swim coach, Yuji Sawamura, who kindly invites her to his house to console her. Behind his gentle facade, Sawamura is a womanizing scumbag involved in shady activities with his friends.

What begins as comforting words quickly turns into intense sexual manipulation. Shizuku’s body, unaccustomed to such pleasure, betrays her as she loses her virginity and gradually becomes addicted to Sawamura’s “secret sex coaching” after swim practice.
