A regular class period breaks when teacher Amamiya Akira tells the room they should all masturbate—just a short break, nothing serious. He lets them finish themselves, lets them feel good, and files the memory as “what we do in this room.” By the credits, the classroom already belongs to him. The pregnancy promised in the title has not been named yet. That is the point of the first volume: they will carry it later and still think the lesson was their idea.
