Pre-period, Muramata-san’s three basic drives are all on edge. When Kaji shows up she is already past waiting: she wants to lick and be licked immediately. Fantasy alone is almost too much.

Later the future arrives in one sentence: “Want to get married?” Silence hangs, then they take each other’s hands. She tells him happy tears are allowed—plenty of them. The last volume adapts manga chapters 5 and 6. The same admired boss and her junior close the arc from raw physical need to a spoken promise, still clumsy, still sweet, still hiding a split tongue from the rest of the office.
