During summer vacation, the Black Cat monster extermination branch receives a request to investigate an isolated island where numerous tourists have vanished in "divine concealments." Exorcists Mikoto, Takeru, and Sui head to the island expecting a routine job. Upon arrival, the tropical paradise seems peaceful, but an ominous presence lurks beneath the surface.

As the trio begins their investigation, they encounter swarms of grotesque insects and powerful tentacle demons. The yoma use insidious aphrodisiac toxins and parasitic methods to overpower and corrupt their victims.
