Kuro Gal à la Carte 2 presents two interconnected yet standalone tales of devoted gyaru romance. In "Ohata-san is My Ideal Gal," transfer student Miyata Shigeharu instantly spots his perfect gyaru idol, Ohata Juria, on his first day. From head to toe, Juria embodies his ultimate fantasy—her style, confidence, and presence make him ecstatic just to be near her as her devoted "oshi" (stan). Blurring lines between fandom, confession, genuine affection, and desire, Juria demands he stop viewing her only through a camera lens and truly see her as a person, sparking an intense, mutual connection filled with teasing and passionate release.

The second segment, "My Girlfriend (the Gal) is a Cute Show-off," follows newly dating couple Yamaguchi Sakura and Hara Takayuki in a hotel room.
