Shoko Sugimoto launches a mind-and-body massage salon with partner Chuck Bryant. Married couple Mari and Shinji Otowa visit on opening day. Diagnosing their problems as sexual due to Shinji’s work schedule, Shoko and Chuck conduct simultaneous therapy: Shoko with Shinji and Chuck with Mari in the living room. Multiple positions and strong character acting are featured. Released in 2025 in both game and movie versions, it realizes a long-planned concept pairing Shoko with a married woman. High production values continue the series’ modern standard.
