The 35-minute motion anime opens on the split life of Akira Ichinose. At school he is the iron-handed student-council disciplinary chair. At home he is a breast-obsessed older brother who keeps a closet full of costumes and quietly resents—and desires—his proud swimming-club sister Haruka.

Haruka already hates the “pervert” she lives with. While throwing out trash she discovers his used tissues, grimaces, then leans in out of curiosity.
