After a tragic shipwreck during their school excursion, a group of students drifts to a deserted island plagued by a deadly estrus virus. The only way to survive is by absorbing semen into their bodies regularly. The sole male survivor is the class outcast "Kimo Otoko" — the chubby, unpopular boy who was relentlessly bullied.

At first, the girls are horrified. The aloof and seemingly asexual Akira, the shy Yumi, and especially the bullying leader Ai refuse to accept him. However, as the virus symptoms intensify, Yumi and Akira slowly open up and begin receiving his seed. Ai remains defiant until Yumi, suffering herself, forces Ai to watch her intense sex session with the ugly guy in hopes of breaking her pride. The episode builds the tension of survival turning into forbidden pleasure, with plenty of reluctant creampies and growing addiction.
