Episode 2: Noroi no Video (The Cursed Video)

A friend gives Eguchi a mysterious videotape labeled “If you watch this, you’ll die.” Curious, he plays it and sees a long-haired woman slowly approaching from inside the screen. Just like the legend, she crawls out of the TV — but instead of killing him, the beautiful yet clumsy Sadako falls flat on the floor. Eguchi, unable to resist her voluptuous body, begins touching and having intense sex with the cursed entity that emerged from the tape.
