The episode follows the tragic fate of Shiranui, mother of Yukikaze Mizuki, who has been captured and imprisoned in the sinister underground city of Yomihara. Under the control of the demon lord Kuroi, she is being systematically transformed into a slave prostitute for his amusement. As part of her cruel training, she is forced onto the stage of a brothel called “Under Eden,” owned by the manipulative Riaru. To intensify her humiliation and sensory overload, the audience requests she be temporarily blinded. This act heightens her remaining senses, forcing her to focus solely on the pleasure and pain being inflicted upon her. On stage, Shiranui is subjected to perverted sexual acts, her body and mind overwhelmed by a torrent of sensation. She is made to endure the ultimate degradation, her will slowly eroding as the lines between unbearable shame and forced ecstasy blur. The episode graphically details her descent, as the proud ninja is relentlessly molded into a pleasure slave, with the sensations of the experience being deeply carved into her very being.
