Yamada continues his nightmare of a life as a hospitalized patient, where he is forced to undergo semen extraction.
This time, his extractor is a “super apathetic nurse” named Hiramatsu, who has absolutely no interest in Yamada and lacks any motivation to do her job properly. While casually pressing her hips against Yamada’s groin and fiddling with her smartphone, Hiramatsu does the extraction in a half-hearted manner.
