[Umemaro 3D] Vol. 8 Lewd Consultation Room

Stressed patient Tanaka visits the clinic of Dr. Shoko Sugimoto. Shoko and nurse Ai Koyanagi perform an extremely thorough “examination” that quickly turns sexual. Players can choose which woman to focus on and select different climax options. The interactive structure, dual female leads, excellent voice work, and polished 3D animation made this 2007 release a massive success. It is the first appearance of both Shoko (who became the series mascot) and Ai. English voice versions were also produced. The clinic setting, medical role-play, and high replay value through choices have kept it popular for nearly two decades.
