After his parents move abroad, Kairi arrives in the sunny coastal town of Ryusui-cho to live with his grandfather. Stepping off the bus, he is overwhelmed by the bright summer heat and the breathtaking view of the sparkling ocean. He and his older brother Kuuya are warmly welcomed by the locals and quickly meet two beautiful girls: the energetic Haruka and the sweet Yuzuki.
