#1. あたしの人生終わりかも | My Life Might Be Over…
Teresa Akane (28), a well-respected product planner at a major electronics manufacturer, seems to have the perfect career. However, her personal life is a complete disaster. Her apartment is a perpetual mess, and her drinking habits are even worse. After a particularly heavy night of drinking, she impulsively orders what she thinks is a household robot to bring some order to her chaotic life.
Days later, the delivery arrives, and Akane is shocked to discover it’s not a cleaning robot at all. Instead, she finds herself face-to-face with “Nadeshiko,” a stunningly beautiful—and unmistakably adult-use—android. Panic sets in immediately; owning such an illegal, high-spec romance android is a serious crime. Her life, as she knows it, might truly be over.
Thrown into this bizarre situation, the responsible OL now has to cohabitate with this all-too-capable android. As Nadeshiko begins to navigate (and disrupt) Akane’s daily routine with her advanced functionalities, Akane finds herself increasingly flustered, conflicted, and strangely drawn to her new mechanical roommate. Their awkward, risqué, and unexpectedly intimate同居生活 (cohabitation life) is about to begin.
