The story of two magical girls, Karen and Mizuki, who confront a harsh destiny to protect the world and their friendship.
Karen, also known as Utea Charm, and Mizuki, also known as Utea Grace, make a contract with mysterious creatures called Cleo and fight against monsters as magical warriors. One day, they transform into Utea to purify a monster that appeared within their school. However, Mizuki gets captured by the monster’s tentacles. Enraged, Karen uses her ultimate technique to crush the monster, but immediately after, she is transported to an unfamiliar dimension.
In that dimension, Mizuki is being humiliated and violated by a multitude of tentacles from the supposedly defeated monster. Shocked by this sight, Karen can’t hide her astonishment. Following Cleo’s advice, Karen decides to accept the monster’s tentacles in order to save Mizuki, but…
