This news was announced by Kouichi Murakami, a famous hentai series producer who works at Anime Antenna Iinkai.
As of now, it is only known that this hentai will be released in February 2024. The animation team has not been officially confirmed, but rumors suggest that director Teruaki Murakami may be in charge.

Story
The private tutors assigned by the parents to improve the poor grades turned out to be Shinjo sisters who had been tormenting Masato since long ago. During the tutoring sessions, they use Masato as their stress outlet, causing him to weaken both mentally and physically. One day, Masato encounters a chance meeting with the owner of the secret club “Gentil Donna,” Ootomo, due to a certain event. The hypnosis device he borrows there will eventually involve not only the heroines but also all the related parties.
