Ero Ishi – Episode 3 (EN)

Ayano, caught in a compromising situation, is dramatically rescued by the stern Rena. Seizing the opportunity for twisted retribution, Rena and Ayano turn the tables on Dr. Kōyoshi, subjecting him to a humiliating and 虐診察 (gyaku shinsatsu - reverse examination). Forced into a deep apology, a seemingly reformed Kōyoshi resumes his duties. However, when Rena leaves to meet friends, Ayano reports a new "area of concern." Despite Kōyoshi's professional demeanor, Ayano's body betrays her with uncontrollable sensitivity. She desperately pleads her innocence—"I'm not inviting you, I'm not feeling it, please just examine me!"—only to be given a strict condition for her continued treatment. In her confused state, Ayano obeys, finding herself forced to accommodate Kōyoshi's "examination tool" in a shocking and degrading new procedure that pushes her limits further.
