Ero Ishi – Episode 2 (EN)

Reina, aware of the doctor's perverse "examination" of Ayano, is forced into silent, tearful compliance, terrified of her secret being exposed. The stress pushes her to a dangerous mental limit, leading her to contemplate a drastic, unsettling solution with a nearby scalpel. As a desperate Reina approaches, Doctor Kōhō pleads for his life. Meanwhile, Ayano, oblivious to Reina's ordeal, arrives for what she believes is a routine check-up. Her horror is complete when she discovers the doctor's "instrument" deeply embedded within her instead of a medical tool. Despite her frantic cries and protests, the doctor continues his merciless thrusts, subjecting her to a ruthless and violating "treatment" from which there is no escape.
