Origin

The hentai is inspired by Hitozuma Koukan Nikki (人妻交姦日記), an eroge produced by ANIM, which was released on July 4, 2008.

The production company Digital Works released its first episode on July 10, 2009. This hentai concluded on October 9, 2009 with four animated episodes.

Story

Kouichi has been married for only five years and already he’s got the seven-year itch. He suffers from a very boring, very ordinary life with his wife Kanako and their daughter. Then one day his neighbour Kimihiko suggests they secretly swap wives. They decide that they will each seduce the other’s wife and explore the wonders of an illicit affair. Kouichi isn’t so sure about it at first, but soon finds the deception, fantasies and excitement just the thing to scratch that itch!

Story

Hitozuma Koukan Nikki was well-received in Japan, but it truly succeeded abroad. The uncensored and dubbed version of the animated series gained a lot of popularity, standing out for its story of infidelity. Because of this, it was considered one of the best netorare hentai anime of the decade. However, its popularity was overshadowed years later when the Otome Dori hentai gained recognition on the internet.

Currently, Hitozuma Koukan Nikki is still considered one of the best netorare hentai, even being regarded as a classic of the genre.
