Makoto’s wife is in hospital after slipping on wet overpass stairs and fracturing several places. Recovery will take time. Her younger sister Mirai, a junior-college student, moves into the couple’s home to handle chores and commute from there.

She starts by stripping and cleaning the living room in only a triangular scarf, breasts swaying as she works and cheerfully tells Makoto to sit still. The gap between ordinary housework and her complete lack of clothing sets the tone for the rest of the episode.

From there the motion anime stays in the house and bath. Mirai treats cooking, cleaning, and “looking after” her brother-in-law as one continuous act of service: oral sex, riding him, and taking him from behind, with bath and wet-skin scenes mixed into the domestic routine. She remains upbeat and caring; he remains the married man who did not ask for this arrangement but does not stop it.
